1. Steel Rebar Universal Testing Machine Introduction:

Our model WAW-2000E Computerized Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine is used for tensile strength test, compression test or bending test of steel bar, deformed steel bar, etc metal materials and non-metal materials. It is designed by our own company, which has many advantages, the quality and after-sales service can be guaranteed. The load frame has 9 ton net weight, which have high stiffness.

It adopts four column and two screws structure, high stiffness. It uses high accuracy load cell to measure testing force, encoder to measure displacement of work bench, electric extensometer to measure extension. Close loop control software can auto get test tensile strength Rm, yield strength ReH/ ReL, max na max. testing force Fm, non-proportional extension Rp0.2, elongation rate A%, extension at max. testing force Agt, modulus of elasticity E, etc testing results.

In testing standard, it conforms to international standards, like EN ISO 6892-1, EN 7500-1, EN 10002, EN 10080, EN 50081-1, EN 15630-1, EN 15630-3, ASTM A370, ASTM E8, ASTM A615, BS 4449 and other international specifications.
