Anwendung & Merkmale:
This testing machine is our company’s newly designed automatic bending and reverse bending test for steel bar. It adopts three oil cylinders to loading, the mandrels are mounted on the front of piston rod, the two bend supporting rollers are driven by leading screws, the span is adjustable. PLC controls the working of oil cylinder and bend angle, one time to complete the bending and reverse bending. It greatly improves the testing efficiency.
It has advantages of compact structure, einfache Operation, bending and reverse bending angle displayed real time, wenig Lärm, no vibration, long life, easy maintenance, usw.
It has electric type limit switch, more flexible and durable in use.
It has second time shape forming function on 180 degree bending test.
Touch screen control, the customer can only need to select the diameter of the test rebar. The testing machine will auto adjust the test span.
Servo control loading and unloading.
Testing standards
It can conform to testing standard such as ISO 15630-1,2,3, ASTM A615/A615M, BS 4449, BS EN 10025.
