1. Application & Features:
JBW-300B 300J Computerized Charpy Impact Testing Machine A force sensor is attached to an ordinary impact testing machine to test the force on the specimen during the impact process. The voltage signal output by the force sensor is converted into a digital signal. After data storage and software calculation, the collected signal is plotted into impact force-time, impact force-displacement, displacement-time and energy-time curves, which vividly give the force and deformation process of the sample being broken. The energy absorbed by the sample can be decomposed into crack formation work and crack extension work, so that the short-term dynamic load impact test can achieve digital quantifiable process analysis.
JBW-300B 300J Computerized Charpy Impact Testing Machine are mainly used to determine the anti-impact capability of metal materials under dynamic load. Carry out the functions of zero clearing and automatic return, capturing the value of lost impact energy and pendulum cycle by means of setting up with computer program, and the results can be monitored, stored and printed out. Control box or computer program control is alternative operating method. JBW-B series impact testers are adopted by many institutes and high-tech enterprises.
