Working principle

1. Preparation: Clean the fixture and the surface of the pipe, put the pipe to be tested into the center of the fixture and clamp it, and check whether the hydraulic pump and control system are normal.

2. Start the equipment: Start the hydraulic pump to make the hydraulic cylinder slowly apply internal pressure to the pipe. When the internal pressure reaches the preset value, the pressure sensor transmits the internal pressure value to the control system.

3. Adjust the internal pressure: Adjust the parameters in the control system as needed, such as the internal pressure rise and fall speed, pressure holding time, atbp.

4. Monitor the internal pressure: Monitor the internal pressure value of the pipe in real time through the control system to ensure that the internal pressure value is stable and does not exceed the pressure resistance range of the pipe.

5. Record data: When the pipe is damaged, the pressure sensor will transmit the damage pressure value to the control system, record the damage pressure value, as well as the wall thickness, pipe diameter, damage position and other parameters of the pipe.
6. Stop the equipment: When the test is completed, stop the hydraulic pump and control system, and turn off the power to the equipment.
