Plastic Pipe Ring Stiffness Testing Machine is used to test the ring stiffness, ring softness and it’s inner deformation of plastic pipe. It also can do tensile strength and elongation test, bending test by adding relative test accessory.
Plastic Pipe Ring Stiffness Testing Machine can meet ISO9969, ISO5893, ASTM D638, ASTM D790, ISO37, ASTM E4, ISO6892, ISO75000-1, DI DALAM 10002-4 standards and so on.
Equipped with the computer & Software & printer, it can display, record, process and print the test results, and control test procedures as the set program and can draw test curves automatically in real time. The PC controlling system can also realize the close-loop control of the parameters such as loading force, specimen deformation, and crosshead stroke etc. Mereka adalah instrumen pengujian penting untuk bagian pengujian kualitas, universitas dan perguruan tinggi, lembaga penelitian dan perusahaan industri dan pertambangan.
Plastic Pipe Ring Stiffness Testing Machine is consist of three parts: loading part, measuring part and record, process part. The loading frame is consists of the main frame and accessories. The power-driven system is consists of underneath exchange Servo motor, servo driven machine, speed reducing, dll.. The record and process system is consist of controller, computer and printer.
It is consist of four leading screws, upper beam, middle crossbeam and workbench. Below the workbench is installed the speed adjusting system (Servo driver and servo motor). The speed adjusting adopts exchange servo motor, which has advantages of high in accuracy, wide in range and stable in performance. It drives the leading ball screw by speed reducing system (synchro cog belt); the leading ball screw drives the middle crossbeam, which drive the up and down of the tensile accessory (or compression accessory, bending accessory). By that way, it realizes the load and unload of the specimen.
