NDX 금속 와이어 비틀림 및 포장 테스트 기계
1.1 NDX Metal Wire Torsion and Wrapping Testing Machine is newly designed multipurpose model, integrated torsion test with wrapping test to one machine, used for torsion test for wires with diameter from 0.7mm to 10mm and wrapping test for wires with diameter from 0.1mm to 10mm.
1.2 NDX Metal Wire Torsion and Wrapping Testing Machine can be used to measure the capacity of plastic deformation and display surface and interior defects during unidirectional and bi-directional torsion test and also used for surface defects detection after wrapped for specified turns around the mandrel with certain diameter.
1.3 And NDX Metal Wire Torsion and Wrapping Testing Machine provides reliable measuring instrument method for wire manufacture and end-user units.
1.4 The standard test needed to be comply is IEC 60888 and IEC 61232.
2. Main Functions and Features:
2.1Its axial loading adopts lever weight loading, with precision better than 1%;
2.2Composed of controller, motor, rotation chuck;
2.3Rotation speed can be set by controller, on which number of turns can be displayed;
2.4Adopting high precision moving rail to ensure the centering of two chucks.
2.5With movable and transparent safe shield to ensure that operator can operate and observe test process.
