1. Introduction

This testing machine is mainly used for tension test of long materials, like overhead conductor, ACSR, steel wire rope, cable, nylon rope, chain, etc. It adopts hydraulic cylinder to load, high precision load cell to measure testing force, photoelectric encoder to measure displacement, computer control, proof load and break load test, testing space and piston stroke can be made according to the customer’s requirement. The machine is calibrated according to ASTM E4 and ISO75001, EN50182, IEC61089.

2.2 Accuracy of testing force: better than ±1% of indicating value

2.3 Resolution of testing force: 1/100000

2.4 Testing space: 15000mm

2.5 Crossbeam quick tensile speed: not lower than 100mm/min

2.6 Load testing speed: 0-70mm/min

2.7 Control test method: computer auto control all the testing process, the testing force and testing curve displayed on the PC

2.8 Multiple testing curves displayed: force- displacement, force-time, force- deformation, stress- strain, time- displacement, etc.

2.9 Control cabinet and mainframe is separated, it also has safety protection shied.
