1.Introduction

ISO 1167 pipes Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine is used to determine the long-term hydrostatic strength and instant blasting of HDPE, PVC, PE, PPR, ABS and other plastic pipes. It conforms to the test standard of ISO 1167, ASTM D1598, ISO9080, CJ/T108 and ASTM F1335.

ISO 1167 pipes Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine is based on ISO 1167-1-2003 Thermoplastics pipes, fittings and assemblies for the conveyance of fluids – Determination of the resistance to internal pressure – Part 1: General method (ISO/DIS 1167-1:2003). This tester is used to determine the resistance of thermoplastics pipes to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. This new concept offers many advantages and a few of these are listed below: Automatically stop when the pipe rupture or up to the setting time, Test curve save and test report print. The MCU will control the pressure control unit to work automatically after lock the touch screen, so it can reduce the intensity of work，building block design, convenient for update and maintenance, advanced PWM impulse pressure control with low noise, suitable for laboratory. 3. Characteristics
ISO 1167 pipes Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine is composed of host machine (pressure control system), constant temperature water tank and professional end enclosure (end cap) three parts. Among them, the constant temperature water tank and professional end enclosure can be connected with different host machine, it can work together to complete the test.

3.1 Host machine (pressure control system)
1. Modular design
Plate installation, free combination of work stations, each control module can be connected to 5 independent stations, can display and control up to 50 stations. Each independent station can be arbitrarily set within the range of 0.2MPa to full scale, which is convenient and flexible to use; the failure of one station test does not affect the normal test of other stations, and the number of modules can be freely increased and reduced inside the host to facilitate upgrading and maintain.
2. Powerful function
1) It can carry out long-term hydrostatic test of pipeline and blast test of pipe, and can also be used for thermal stability test of thermoplastic pipe under hydrostatic condition;
2) It has the sample pretreatment function, and the test control is automatically turned on after the pretreatment is completed;
3) Automatically collect multiple water tank temperature, can preset the corresponding relationship between the water tank and the station and draw a temperature control curve;
4) Short-term real-time monitoring function with multi-station pressure curve, multi-station pressure control situation at a glance;
5) With the automatic cleaning function of the solenoid valve, the solenoid valve is easy to maintain. Multi-stage energy storage pressure control, stable pressure control, can extend the service life of the solenoid valve.
6) With automatic pressure relief function, pressure release can be done with just one button.
7) Units can be freely switched between MPa and Bar and PSI, meeting the operational requirements of personnel in different countries.
8) The two time display modes of positive timing and countdown can be switched freely.
9) At the same time, it has eight functions, such as leakage judgment, crack identification, real-time monitoring, power-off and pressure-maintaining, power-down data saving, caller data recovery, printing and storage test results.
10) It can automatically judge the caliber and material characteristics of the pipe, automatically formulate the boosting scheme and algorithm, stabilize the constant pressure, and have a high capacity expansion ratio to ensure 100% success of the test.
