the material to be tested is added into the mixing chamber. The material is continuously mixed and sheared between the rotor and the chamber wall by the force exerted by two rotors with different rotation speeds and opposite directions. The rotor ridges are also subjected to the reaction force of the material. This reaction force is measured by the torque sensor and processed by computer software to obtain the rheological spectrum of torque changes over time.

By recording the reverse torque generated by the material on the rotor during the mixing process and the temperature changes over time, the rheological properties of the material can be continuously, accurately and reliably measured, such as the mixing of multi-component materials, the cross-linking and curing of thermosetting resins, the vulcanization of elastomers, the dynamic stability of materials, and the influence of screw speed on the processing performance of the system.
