1、Torque Rheometer Extruder Introduction:
Torque Rheometer Extruder processes the material while monitoring the torque, speed, temperature and pressure required to drive the screw in real time, thereby analyzing the rheological behavior of the material during the extrusion process. Torque Rheometer Extruder combined device can simulate actual extrusion processing conditions and obtain the rheological data of the material during the process for research and development and quality control.

2.Principiul de funcționare
Torque Rheometer Extruder is equipped with a single screw or conical twin screw, which rotates in a cylinder with a certain temperature, and a feeding hopper is provided at the other end of the cylinder. When the raw material is sent to 2/3 of the cylinder, it is gradually plasticized and enters the remaining part of the cylinder for homogenization. When all the particles are completely dissolved, they can be extruded into pipes or injected into molds using a conical twin screw extruder. Torque Rheometer Extruder operating software can collect and control the test data and parameters through the serial port of the PC, as well as establish a human-computer information interaction interface. This interface has relatively complete functions and can complete the measurement and control of 6-way temperature, including speed setting, measurement and control, torque, pressure measurement, etc. The curve window can display the curves of the above data against time in real time. When the screw speed of the extruder is changed, the pressure difference P value inside and outside the die and the extrusion flow Q value can be changed, and the test data can be saved in the form of a file.
