1、Torque Rheometer Extruder Introduction:

When the raw material is sent to 2/3 of the cylinder, it is gradually plasticized and enters the remaining part of the cylinder for homogenization. When all the particles are completely dissolved, they can be extruded into pipes or injected into molds using a conical twin screw extruder. Torque Rheometer Extruder operating software can collect and control the test data and parameters through the serial port of the PC, as well as establish a human-computer information interaction interface. This interface has relatively complete functions and can complete the measurement and control of 6-way temperature, including speed setting, measurement and control, torque, pressure measurement, vân vân. The curve window can display the curves of the above data against time in real time. When the screw speed of the extruder is changed, the pressure difference P value inside and outside the die and the extrusion flow Q value can be changed, and the test data can be saved in the form of a file.
