1. Giới thiệu:

Wood tensile testing machine is mainly used for tensile strength test of materials, like lumber, gỗ, Timber boards, vân vân. Nó sử dụng bộ nguồn thủy lực chính xác để tải, tế bào tải có độ chính xác cao để đo lực thử nghiệm, bộ mã hóa quang điện để đo chuyển vị, điều khiển máy tính, kiểm tra tải trọng và tải trọng đứt, không gian thử nghiệm và hành trình piston có thể được thực hiện theo yêu cầu của khách hàng. The machine is calibrated according toISO13061,ASTM D143,ASTM E4 ,DIN EN 16516and ISO75001.

4.Construction, function, features

This testing machine is composed of horizontal mainframe, hydraulic power pack, electric control cabinet and computer control system. See following drawing:

4.1Mainframe

Structure:

It adopts pull type oil-cylinder, the piston rod retracted when it doing tensile test.

Load measuring:

A high precision load cell is installed in the front beam of the testing machine.

Displacement measuring:

A photoelectric encoder is installed on the side of the oil-cylinder, which is used to measure the piston stroke and it also can be approximately used for measuring deformation.

Clamp method:

Hydraulic clamping for lumber wood pull test.

Safety cage:

It equips with operated safety cage, which is used to cover the whole testing area. It can well protect the safety of the operator.

4.2Hydraulic power pack

This part is the power pack of this testing machine, which is consisted of hydraulic pump, servo valve, Electromagnet reversing valve, pressure adjustment valve, oil cylinder and other components.

Nguyên tắc làm việc:

The motor drives the gear pump, then the oil comes into the oil-cylinder after running through one-way valve, high pressure oil filter and servo valve. The high precision load cell will transmit the load signal into electrical signal and sent it to the computer. The computer will handle the date acquisition and display it in load on the monitor. Trong khi đó, the computer will send control signal to the servo valve. It controls the open mouth size and orientation of the servo valve, thus to control the flow running into the oil cylinder.

High quality components:

It adopts famous brand servo valve and gear pump and other high quality hydraulic components.

Cooling system:

The power pack is equipped with cooling system to cool down the temperature of the oil. It is an intelligent cooling system, when the oil temperature is higher than the preset value, it will auto work. When it is lower than the preset value, it will auto stop working.

4.3Computer and electrical control system function and feature

3. 1. Dataacquisition and process system

The software based on Windows system is able to make automatic calculating of test results, i.e. tensile strength, displacement, vân vân.

It can realize constant speed loading, loading hold, constant speed unloading, which can be called a total three closed loop control.

The PC software can auto store test data into Access database, the history records can be opened at any time and reviewed, printed, vân vân. It includes specimen info, test data, and test graphs. The graphs include load vs time, load vs displacement, vân vân.

1. Computer

It adopts Dell computer, English interface and English testing software. Keyboard, mouse and surge protection. Windows 10 system and testing software installed. It is easy to operate, computer real time display various kinds of testing curves: force- thời gian, force- displacement, force- deformation, stress- strain, vân vân. The HP printer will print the testing results.

1. Store data:

The testing data are stored in the mdb format of Access, all the test data are auto stored in the PC in access database. The history records can be re-viewed and printed.

1. Hand control box

Hand control box is offered for move the cylinder back and forth in order to set up and perform the test. It also has an emergency stop button on it.
