1. Introdução
Our Prestressing Steel Tensile Strength Testing Machine Capacity Double Test Space UTM,
double hydraulic action tensile grips.
Função
Prestressing Steel Tensile Strength Testing Machine is a 4 column double test space, hydraulic
operated tensile grips UTM with oil-cylinder mounted on the
top position.
Prestressing Steel Tensile Strength Testing Machine adopts advanced double action hydraulic operated tensilegrip, large constant clamping force, well avoid slippage
during tensile test. It can be used for test rebar, steel strand.
Independent power pack for tensile grips, it has an energy
accumulator, which insure the constant clamping force.
High precision load cell to measure testing force, codificador
measure displacement, extensometer to measure
alongamento. It is calibrated according to ASTM E4 and
ISO7500-1.
In test standard, it conforms to ISO 15630-3，ISO6892, ASTM A615, ASTM

3. Professional tensile jaw:
Four pieces of tensile jaws are inserted into the tensile grip seat, then it adopts hydraulic operated the clamping and loosen of PC stand. The good quality tensile jaws are endurable, long life. It can tighten holding the sample without any loosen or slippage during the test. The well adjusted clamping force can not make the sample broken at the ends of clamping, it would break at the middle position of the smple.
